RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Thomas Bernard (Bernard) appeals the district court's1 dismissal of his 28 U.S.C § 2255 habeas motion challenging a restitution order in excess of $27,000,000. The district court concluded the relief sought by Bernard was beyond the scope of the statute. We agree and affirm.
