¶ 1 The Defendant, Leonard Jefferson, was charged with attempted deliberate homicide in the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Big Horn County. Following a jury trial, Jefferson was convicted of that charge. He appeals the District Court order that denied his motion to dismiss and appeals his conviction.
