This appeal presents the question whether a district court has jurisdiction to grant grandparent visitation under Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 43-1802 and 43-1803 (Reissue 1998) when a juvenile court has previously assumed jurisdiction under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-247(3) (Reissue 1998).
