The petitioner, Colleen M., appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Hampsey, J.) dismissing a petition filed by the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) against the respondent, Thomas L., alleging that he physically abused their three-year-old daughter. We affirm.
