Thomas Matthew Ziats was sentenced to 10 years incarceration for statutory burglary and larceny. The trial court suspended the entire sentence subject to supervised probation and good behavior. Ziats was subsequently convicted of shoplifting. The court, upon considering the probation violation, revoked Ziats's suspended sentence by order dated June 18, 2001.
