Shafer Commercial Seating, Inc., and its insurer, Wausau Insurance Companies (collectively employer), seek review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) determining that Jose Cortez (claimant) sustained a compensable injury and awarding permanent total disability benefits.
