Tanna Barnard Sakobie (defendant) was convicted of first degree kidnapping, larceny of a motor vehicle, and possession of a stolen automobile. The trial court determined that defendant had a prior record level of III. The trial court arrested judgment as to the charge of possession of a stolen vehicle. The trial court sentenced defendant to a minimum of 95 months to a maximum of 125 months active imprisonment...
