GOLDEN, Justice.

[¶ 1] During an investigation of illegal narcotics trafficking, Appellant Sean Eckenrod confessed to investigators the location of a large quantity of marijuana he intended to sell. His motion to suppress this evidence was denied, and he entered a conditional guilty plea that resulted in a 180-day jail sentence followed by an eight-year probation sentence. He appealed the denial to suppress, contending that he was arrested without probable cause...
