Defendant, Baruch Joseph Bachofer, appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained as the result of allegedly unlawful searches. We reverse and remand for further findings.

In April 2001, deputies were dispatched to defendant's home to execute an outstanding arrest warrant pertaining to a domestic violence charge. Upon arriving, they followed defendant into a detached garage, where they arrested him...
