The Court of Appeals affirmed a $60,000 judgment in favor of Judy Kloepfel against Joseph Bokor for intentional infliction of emotional distress. The issue here is whether the tort of outrage1 requires proof of severe emotional distress by objective symptomatology and a medical diagnosis.
