The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission (Commission) suspended the liquor license of American Legion Post 52 (Legion) after an administrative hearing. The district court affirmed the Commission's order, and the Legion appeals. We removed the case to this court's docket on our own motion pursuant to our statutory authority to regulate the caseloads of the appellate courts of this state...
