¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

Harold Pote appeals a judgment sentencing him to prison for failure to pay child support. The circuit court imposed the sentence after it determined that Pote had rejected the probation the court originally ordered. Pote also appeals an order denying postconviction relief from the appealed judgment and an order denying relief under WIS. STAT. § 974.06 (1999-2000)1
