The issues presented in this case are (1) whether the dismissal of a criminal prosecution without prejudice is a final appealable order, and (2) whether an individual may seek discretionary review of an order dismissing his or her criminal prosecution without prejudice. We agree with the Court of Appeals that the answer to these questions is no, and, therefore, affirm its decision.
