Opinion by Justice ROSS.

Raymond Manning appeals his conviction of manslaughter. He was driving a truck and ran into another vehicle. A jury found him guilty and assessed punishment at ten years' imprisonment. In our original opinion in this case, we reversed his conviction and remanded for a new trial because we concluded the trial court had erred by admitting extensive testimony about a blood test that showed Manning was found with a metabolite...
