{¶ 1} Terry Lewis, an attorney, seeks compensation for the remainder of a three-year employment agreement he entered into with the city of Moraine. Lewis appeals from the trial court's judgment granting Moraine's motion for summary judgment and denying his motion for summary judgment. For the reasons below, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
