MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PLATT, District Judge.

In a Summary Order dated June 5, 2003, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed this Court's dismissal of plaintiff's claims arising out of the "1996 incidents" and vacated this Court's dismissal of plaintiff's claims arising out of the "1997 incidents" and remanded the case for further proceedings with respect to the latter.
