Plaintiff William Armstrong brings this action against defendants Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston ("Liberty"); Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual"); Liberty Mutual Group, Inc.; and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Group Long Term Disability Income Plan, challenging Liberty's determination that he is no longer eligible for long-term disability benefits.1
