In this case, we are asked to consider whether changes in the statutory structure for child support mandate a different result in this case than in Mary L.O. v. Tommy R.B., 199 Wis.2d 186, 544 N.W.2d 417 (1996). There, our supreme court held that a trial court may establish a trust for a child's postminority educational expenses from funds paid for child support. ...
