¶ 1. PER CURIAM.

We review the recommendation of the referee, Konrad T. Tuchscherer, that Attorney James Paul O'Neil receive a public reprimand for professional misconduct consisting of revealing information relating to his representation of a client without the client's consent, and that he be required to pay the costs of the proceeding.
