Plaintiff BOA (UK) Limited ("BOA"), which makes strap wrenches1 under the "BOA CONSTRICTOR" trademark, sued TV Products (USA) Inc. ("TVP"), which makes strap wrenches under the "POWER GRIP" trademark. BOA alleges that the packaging for TVP's Power Grip strap wrench unlawfully bears BOA's "CONSTRICTOR" mark.
