[¶ 1.] This case arises out of a consolidated action which involved the divorce of Shirley Thomas (Shirley) and George Thomas (George), lawsuits arising from the attempted sale of George and Shirley's marital home, and a quiet title action brought by Gail Thomas (Gail) against Shirley and George.
