Dennis J. Mead was convicted of first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and kidnapping. He appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for a new trial, alleging that the trial court committed plain error in admitting hearsay testimony in violation of the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment. The State contends, among other things, that plain error review has been waived for failure to object to the admission of the hearsay...
