The court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress a lineup identification on the ground that it was the fruit of an allegedly unlawful arrest. The arresting officers responded to a police radio transmission that two men had just been arrested in possession of guns upon leaving a described minivan which then fled the scene, and that there could be more guns in the van.
