While replacing an electronic garage door opener at the defendants' premises, the plaintiffs allegedly sustained personal injuries when they fell to the ground from a platform which was about 10 to 12 feet above the ground. According to the plaintiff in Action No. 2, Juan Mizquero, he and the plaintiff in Action No. 1, Rodrigo Alvarez, fell to the ground...
