John Henry Agee, appellant, contends on appeal that the trial court, in a bench trial, erred in finding the evidence sufficient beyond a reasonable doubt to convict him of assault on a law enforcement officer in violation of Code § 18.2-57(C). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
