Presently before the Court is a Petition Under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody (D.I.I) filed by Petitioner Ronald N. Johnson. For the reasons set forth below, Petitioner's Section 2254 Petition will be granted to the extent that he challenges the trial judge's failure to recuse himself.
