Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Michael Robichaud, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly failed to conclude that his trial counsel was ineffective during his jury trial and that this deficiency caused him prejudice.1 We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
