¶ 1. PER CURIAM.

We review the referee's recommendation that Attorney Eric K. Graf's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a period of two years for professional misconduct. The referee also recommended that Attorney Graf be required to pay the costs of the proceeding. Attorney Graf did not appeal this report and recommendation.
