¶ 1. BROWN, J.

On appeal, Obea S. Hayes argues that the State's evidence was insufficient to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and seeks review of his conviction for second-degree sexual assault in violation of WIS. STAT. § 940.225(2)(a) (2001-02)2 on that basis. The State submits that by failing to raise the issue of the sufficiency of the evidence before, during or after the trial Hayes has waived this argument on appeal...
