Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of attempted burglary in the second and third degrees, agreeing to cooperate in the prosecution of his codefendant and waiving his right to appeal. He was then sentenced to concurrent prison terms of two years and one year, respectively, to be followed by a 1½-year period of postrelease supervision.
