Clinton C. Quesenberry was convicted in a bench trial of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On appeal, he contends the trial court erred by finding the plastic flare launcher he possessed was a "firearm" subject to the prohibition of Code § 18.2-308.2. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
