The dealership, Plaintiffs Pride Hyundai, Inc., Blackstone Subaru, Inc., d/b/a Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, Pride Dodge, Inc., and Pride Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. (collectively "Plaintiffs" or "Pride")
