Movant Ernest Lee Johnson was convicted of three counts of first-degree murder. The jury recommended a sentence of death for each of the three convictions. Movant's convictions and sentences were affirmed. He asserts that his sentence is excessive. This Court has jurisdiction. MO. CONST. ART. V, SEC. 10. The judgment is reversed, and the case is remanded.
