LEHMAN, Justice.

[¶ 1] May appeals his convictions for aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated burglary arising from his entry into the home of his wife's parents and his stabbing of two people. May claims that his aggravated burglary conviction cannot stand as the jury was instructed in the alternative and there was insufficient evidence to support one of the alternatives. May further asserts that his Sixth Amendment right to counsel...
