Sergius Rinaldi pleaded guilty to committing mail fraud and obstructing a health care fraud investigation. Before sentencing, he moved to withdraw his plea based on his claim that he suffers from Adult Attention Deficit Disorder and that the disorder prevented him from forming the requisite criminal intent at the time he committed the offenses.
