James E. Haldiman ("Mr. Haldiman") was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, section 195.202, RSMo 2000, and sentenced to seven years imprisonment. He does not dispute the sufficiency of the evidence. He makes two claims on appeal, however.
