Dedric Thomason pled guilty to two counts of resisting arrest in violation of South Carolina Code Annotated section 16-9-320 (Supp.2001). During sentencing, Thomason moved to withdraw his guilty pleas, and the circuit court denied his motion. On appeal, Thomason contends the circuit court erred by refusing his request to withdraw his pleas because the state failed to abide by a plea agreement.
