MICHAEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the bankruptcy court erred in ruling that the spouse of a Chapter 7 debtor was not entitled to claim a homestead exemption in property in which she resided, but had no ownership interest, on the date the bankruptcy case was filed. The lower court determined that, under the laws of the state of Wyoming, debtor's spouse was not entitled to such an exemption. Finding no error...
