The above captioned matter is a diversity jurisdiction case wherein Plaintiff, Sylvia Navarro Santiago, hereinafter referred to as "Navarro Santiago" and/or "the Patient," claims damages as a result of a surgery performed by Dr. Rafael Perez Toledo.
