Welford S. White appeals from the district court's granting of judgment as a matter of law in favor of Wyandotte County District Attorney Nick Tomasic, in White's retaliatory discharge lawsuit which alleged that Tomasic fired White because he had filed a workers compensation claim. We reverse the district court's determination that White failed to establish a prima facie case of retaliatory discharge.<...
