Ruby Warren ("Warren") appeals the bankruptcy court's decision to permit the trustee of the bankruptcy estate, appellee Ronald Peterson ("Peterson"), to sell her residence. The basis of her appeal is that 11 U.S.C. § 348(f)(1)(B) precludes Peterson from selling her residence because the order confirming her chapter 13 bankruptcy plan constituted an implicit valuation of her residence.
