The plaintiff, Lee G. Wachter, appeals from the order of the trial court denying his motion to vacate an arbitration award rendered in favor of the defendant, UDV North America, Inc. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that (1) the arbitration award violated public policy, (2) the arbitrator manifestly disregarded the law and (3) the arbitration award violated his rights to his extreme prejudice.
