BARNES, Judge.
Toby J. Smith appeals his conviction for voluntary manslaughter, as a lesser included offense of murder, and the subsequent denial of his motion for new trial. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and also maintains that the trial court erred by not removing a tainted juror, admitting into evidence a concrete block, and also allowing evidence of Smith's prior convictions to be introduced
