The defendants, Ambionis Soriano and Heriberto Castro, each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring, from April 12, 2001 through May 9, 2001, to distribute five kilograms and more of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846.
