{¶ 1} Kelley & Ferraro, L.L.P. ("K&F"), represented 15,000 asbestos plaintiffs who had sued various asbestos manufacturers and distributors in Cuyahoga County and other jurisdictions. On behalf of these plaintiffs, K&F entered into an agreement with the Center for Claims Resolution ("CCR") to settle these plaintiffs' claims against the CCR's members.
