PIERRON, J.:

Milton Snoddy appeals the district court's decision to dismiss his K.S.A. 2002 Supp. 60-1501 petition. The court ruled it did not have jurisdiction to hear the petition because it had not been timely filed. We affirm.

On November 8, 2001, Snoddy was accused of violating two Kansas Administrative Regulations regarding the conduct of inmates. A hearing on the alleged violations was held on December 12, 2001. Snoddy was found guilty of both charges...
