In these consolidated proceedings, Ambulance Billings Systems, Incorporated ("ABS") complains of the trial court's order granting the motion to stay arbitration filed by Gemini Ambulance Services, Inc. ("Gemini"). The arbitration clause at issue is governed by the Texas Arbitration Act; therefore, we dismiss ABS's petition for writ of mandamus for lack of jurisdiction.
