On 16 July 2001, the William Brewster Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Brewster") submitted to the Town of Huntersville (hereinafter "Huntersville") an application and subdivision sketch plan for approval of a subdivision, a 58.51 acre tract of land, located in Mecklenburg County.
