Pursuant to R. 2:5-1(b), this opinion amplifies and supplements the court's bench opinion of November 22, 2002, in which the court, upon reconsideration, affirmed the dismissal of plaintiff's complaints pursuant to R. 4:37-2(b), after plaintiff had presented its case and rested. Plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal with the Superior Court, Appellate Division on December 16, 2002 (Docket No. A-1950-1275).
