Defendant Jo Anne Barnhart, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA" or "Defendant"), moves pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for summary judgment dismissing the Complaints of Plaintiff Uma Ashok ("Ashok" or "Plaintiff").
